How to make Budwig for Breakfast:

  • Beat with a fork or whisk until creamy:
  • 4 teaspoons of “fromageblancmaigre” à 0 %
  • 2 teaspoons of linseed oil extra virgin cold pressed (49% omega 3) OR cameline oil (43%) OR walnut oil (14% )
  • Add :
  • the juice of half a lemon,
  • 1ripe banana (mashed with a fork)  OR honey,
  • 1-2 teaspoons of  raw freshly milled seeds/nuts ( sunflower, sesame, almonds, walnuts or hazelnuts
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain, freshly ground, raw cereals (buckwheat, whole grain rice if tendency to diarrhea;
    oatmeal, barley & millet if constipated)
  • varied fresh fruits (except citrus: oranges, pineapple, grapefruit…which are too acidic in the morning)
